First Interstate Bank, Burlington, IA

So what's going on? Your system was down Friday the 30th from 9am to close and now you're closed today because of new years? New years was yesterday, so their's no reason you guys shouldn't be open today. I wouldn't be having these issues if I would have received my bank card, that way i could just use an ATM. I've been asking for and waiting for the past several months and everytime I've asked about it I've been told " oh we'll talk to so and so about getting you one" or "it'll be coming through the mail within 7 business days" I still have yet to have or receive a card and If you're going to be closed on a certain day or days you should at least notify the people that go through your bank that the bank will be closed. Whether it be through email or a mass text notification.

So I don’t usually write reviews for banks. However, every once in awhile you get some outstanding service and you want to mention it. This was the bank I chose based on local reviews and I go in fairly often to do my banking. The staff is exceptional, even running me out my items to my car when the lobby is closed. Always a great and professional experience. Thank you for everything you do! Those local reviews were correct in every way.
