#1 bank in Burlington, IA. Brandon was extremely helpful for my Dad and I to work through my Grandpa’s trust account. Easiest bank we worked with in Burlington, highly recommend!

Their ATM took my $200 on Friday 9/3/21. They audited the ATM on Tuesday 9/7/21and found the $200. Because I'm not a member of this bank, I have to wait for their card department to refund it. I was told 1 to 2 business days and it would for sure be here on 9/9/21. Long story short, my money is still in limbo.

I will be switching bank's. Tired of getting harassed at this one. First I went in to the bank to deposit a check. When I did the lady asked me what I was going to spend my money on. I found that very rude just because I chose you guys as my bank does not mean I have to explain or should be asked how I'm going to spend MY money. When we chose not to answer the question she kept going on about asking if we were paying bills and so on. This lady really wanted me to tell her what my money was going on. Then the second time I have had my bank account for two years now I have never over drawn nor had any issues besides that one old lady wanting me to go into detail on what I was going to spend my money on. This time I had called that morning to ask how I went about cashing a check from my mother the young man was really nice and explained it to me so I went to the bank to fallow his instructions when I did a nice young lady started to help us and told us it wouldn't be a problem. Will then the same old lady that asked us how we were spending our money the time before came over took the check from the young lady what you could tell upset the young lady that she just took over she started to tell us she didn't know if they could cash it I told her what the man had told us on the phone that morning and that I had more then enough money to cover the check in my bank account if there ends up being a problem what I knew there wouldn't be the same old lady kept going on about it and made me call my mother and put my phone on speaker phone to get her permission to cash it even though she had already signed it she acted as if I stole the check and was trying to cash it even though like I said I had plenty of money that you guys had of mine in the bank to cover it I was not trying to clear my account out and then cash the check I was just cashing it for my mother. But I was pretty embarrassed having to call my mother and put it on speaker phone the lady treated me as if I was a theft and I will NOT bank at a place that is going to treat me that way I have found a new bank and will be closing this one it is kinda sad I've had this account for two years almost three and on every Friday have had my checks deposited in there. Sorry it has to be this way. I will NOT recommend this bank!
