1 Star is for the mobile banking deposit. Because it is the most inconvenient. Take up to a day to show up . Also they may reject it. Like they did mine. So my first time is my last time. Just use the ATM. You cam make a deposit till 6pm for same day. Especially if you need it to be. Like I did. Forgot I had 2 new automatic withdrawals coming through. So not convenient at all. So hopefully this will help someone else. They didn't mention any of that before the late fees. And sent them back. After I thought everything would be ok. After she explained what I had to do. Good thing I didn't burn it or throw it away. But everything else at the bank I love.
