Dupaco Community Credit Union, Carroll, IA

Definitely going to move my account to a different bank! You can pay one loan off early and not get another without cosigner again! So much for helping build credit, I mean, it's a credit union right? That WE supposedly own as members! Dupaco is a joke of a credit union!

Very disappointed with this branch. Staff is very defensive and unprofessional. Family member recently switched to Dupaco based on a referral and it has been frustrating to say the least. Almost three weeks and still has not received any documentation or cards from Dupaco. Went into branch to ask and Dupaco employee was rude in responding. In addition, was told items were shipped 10 days prior to actually being sent for whatever reason. Very familiar with Dupaco from living in eastern Iowa. Supposed to be "The People's Bank." Not living up to that reputation @ this Carroll branch.

No longer a bank that I would recommend. Getting to corporate and no longer has a personal touch anymore. This wasn’t the first tine to be let down by this bank but I know it’s the last time

Great loan process, wonderful staff, not sure will be happy with when money is available and speed of direct deposit. Still no debit card either.

Great communication always answering every questions with great responses and very kind. I feel appreciated to bank there.

Dupaco has been the most helpful entity in growing my family's finances and presenting opportunities and knowledge that I have ever experienced. I will never use a 'bank' again. The staff at Dupaco are the sweetest, most helpful, patient, knowledgeable people that are always available! The Thank-Use feature is awesome, the mobile app is super easy to use, and I keep finding more little Easter eggs of helpful service as the years go by. The only thing I would change is that I wish calling your branch directly was an option.

I did get referred to come to Dupaco and it was the best decision I made. The staff are always helpful from answering qustions that you might have. The Dupaco app is so easy to use from transferring money from your checking to savings account is easy. I've had issues with banks before but Dupaco gave me a chance and I so appreciate it.

This bank ruined my credit. After 17 years of having car loans with them with ZERO missed payments and ZERO late payments over 2 decades, they opted to deny my most most recently needed auto loan over a technicality, even after they stole thousands from me of dollars in GAP, just to tell me they will not honor the contract. Very inhumane and unfair to extremely loyal patrons. Avoid Dupaco. Do NOT give them your money or you'll regret it!
