Thanks to Shelley, I was able to purchase my first home and finally stop wasting my money on rent payments. She was able to help me get approved to buy a wonderful house and we are so happy and grateful for all of her help in the process! A++

8/5 I'm hopeful but this is not a branch issue, corporate would make this decision. Also the agent I talked to was from the call center not the branch. 7/31 So I was charged a $10 incoming wire transfer fee for depositing funds into my account. Never heard such a thing and of course the agent is reading from a scripted post. If funds are deposited into my account for the bank to use, do not charge me for it. I may just move my chkg and mortgage to another bank.

The level of service I have received from this branch has been nothing but amazing! I will definitely sing their praise to any and everyone that ask!

Awesome credit union to use if you are looking to get financing for a home purchase. They are open communication every step along the way and take the time to sit down with you to talk about every question you may have!

My husband and I were switching funds from Collins account to another. We also changed our passwords. Courtney Galloway made the process easy. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been trying to call everyday several times a day to talk to someone about not being able to get into the online site to pay my bill. Now it is overdue and I am not happy about a late fee, when no one will answer the phone or call you back!!
