5 stars! I came in to discuss with Matt Metcalf about my auto loan. He helped me to solve my issue with my insurance and made everything easier. He was very gentle and nice. I'd recommend anyone with Matt Metcalf.

Awful customer service. Got a new loan with them, they claimed I did not have insurance on my vehicle when I did. They charged me $800 for “a 3 month” lapse. Then they tell me that I am late due to their autopay system not taking out the correct amount. I didn’t change my loan payment, they did. Do not use this credit Union!! Update: don’t be fooled by the response below. I had already talked to this Credit Union. I sat in their office spoke to a banker in person. I got no where. I made this review as a service to others. BUYER BEWARE !

I have done all my banking through GreenState and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received. They are always happy to help and provide quick service. When I was having trouble getting my online banking started, associate Lucas Smith was friendly and very helpful when setting up my online banking. I highly recommend banking with GreenState .

I can always trust Kyle’s guidance for either myself or others. He’s smart, patient, hardworking and an out of the box thinker that is so beneficial for anyone who crosses his path. I’ve worked with Kyle on several home purchases and will continue referring him to my own clients and friends!

Ryan Drey was so incredibly helpful as to what was the best solution for me and my finances when it came to consolidating. He talked me through things, explained everything in great detail and helped me make the best choices financially! He is amazing to work with when it comes to meeting your financial needs!
