So disappointed in Collins. All my years banking their and all my personal tragedies, issues and other stuff that have come up never had a problem. Collins has always been their for me. First time ever where no call back from the department I’m calling and no help as what I maybe could do on my end to get what I need to completed this month done. Weird, disappointing, heartbreaking is all I can say. One bad Experience can make or break something. That statement is so true! Im
Tired of being judge on how they look at you when your trying to figure out stuff. A lot of judgments and being judged before they even know why I’ve needed to bank this way for so long. One guy I stopped before he could finish what was coming out of his mouth and I said “how dare you judge my account like that, you have no idea what I’ve been through”! One lady had no idea or was not knowledgeable and no one help didn’t bother to say hey let me get you to someone that could know more even disconnected from me at the ATM area while I’m trying to ask questions. Have been given false hope and more than once saying it will be ready in this day which has created another problem! This is just a couple incidents. I will say their is a handful that have been helpful and l know me personally that has apologized but as a whole I’ve never been treated worse and not felt the Collins treatment they give to their members in all my years banking with them! Worse timing for this happen yet after another loss. Before I could say yep no problem my bank always has my back about 3 days and I can get that paid. It’s been over a week now, no answers, no callbacks, different answers from everybody, no this might help it, nothing. Again the worst part has been the employee judgements. Just wrong so wrong.
Also at the begging of the call when your on hold 45 mins or longer it says we’re here to help you with your needs. That used to be true. A simple call back explaining everything that’s happened, possibly why, or etc would be nice and be courteous but I can’t even get that after calling and leaving 2-3 messages!

I was looking at a car in Cedar Rapids and was certain I couldn’t find one I could afford. I stopped at the Credit Union on a desperate whim and drove my truck home the same day. And full coverage through them was phenomenal! I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Mark Irvin was outstanding from start to finish. It was the very end of the day, he quickly got my loan submitted. The next morning he cantacted my loan was approved.went to the Credit Union after work an Mark had everything done and waiting for my signature. I was in an out in less than 10 minutes.

Best customer Service in a Bank! I would not make
It every month if it weren’t for this bank. They have worked with me on many different things and situations Ive been in throughout the years. Everyone is so friendly and willing to work with you! Every time I make it in their I thank each one for everything that they’ve done and tears build up because most of them have no idea how much of a blessing they are to me! Means so much to my family and I! You are NOT going to find a better banking, family friendly, great customer service experience anywhere else! So if your in the market for a great bank. Look no further! Special shout out to Morgan for always being their for us! You are a true angel and have helped us immensely!

Recently I went to Collins Community Credit Union to obtain a home equity line of credit loan. I had been working with Brandy Stoll on the phone, and was astounded at how easy it was to apply for the loan, as it had been quite a few years since I had needed to do that. Brandy was great to work with, and was very helpful at walking me through the process of obtaining my loan. When it came time to sign the papers, she transferred them to the Wiley branch, as that was closest to my home. Mark Irvin took over from there, and worked with me to understand the whole process, answering all my questions along the way. Both Brandy and Mark were very polite and pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend them and Collins Community Credit Union to anyone seeking a loan.

We have had loans through Collins CU before but our Member Relationship Specialist Cody Kriener was awesome. He made the loan process not just easy but entertaining. Cody is very much a people person, very much a skill set for him. I have never laughed so much while applying to put myself in debt. Highly recommend asking for him when wanting to apply for a loan.
