Hall Lending was recommended to us by a family member. When we had an idea on when we wanted to start looking at houses and finding financial support to get a home, we started filling out the online application. Before I had even completed filling out the application in full, an associate from Hall Lending reached out to us to get the ball rolling. They were quick to set up and explain all of the documents needed to get the process up and going. We got to work with Hope directly throughout the process which gave us a ton of reassurance. Hope also put us into contact with our realtor, who was also reliable, professional, and accommodating. Hall Lending was flexible and provided us with all the necessary information needed to get started on buying our first home. The only feedback I have is that there seemed to be a lot of associates working on our application and processing at once, so we often were talking to different people about a wide variety of subject matters at the same time. This wasn't a huge issue as all the staff were helpful and nice, but it did make it a little difficult for us to keep everything in order from our end. Our entire process was done online due to Covid restrictions at the time, but that didn't put a dent in the process at all. Hall Lending made it fast and simple. We have been in our home for around 4 months now and things have been running smoothly.
