This is the hands down the most friendly and helpful bank staff ever! We recently opened accounts at Iowa Trust and Savings shortly after purchasing nearby Bradley Hall as our 'forever home.' Bank manager Jeff Young and his staff were absolutely delightful when answering questions about the types of financial services that they offer. Even when calling the bank, we get friendly, helpful and fast service over the phone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm new to town, but everyone at ITS&B has been super helpful. I did get charged for issuing a debit card, checks, and to change my pin which I'm sure is discouraging at first. However, the ITS&B loan rates and closing costs were way lower than any other institution and any said checking expenses pays for itself within the first month. So, if you think you'll ever have a loan, or want to invest in a CD, and don't want to have to switch banks, auto payments, etc to do it, I'd recommend ITS&B.

I love these guys. Only reason they get 4 and not 5 stars is they didn’t have an option I liked for checking accounts. However the staff is perfect and honestly the reason I bank there.
