Worst bank I ever had they are rude at the Charles city branch I had a joint account and a separate account they took money out the joint account not the account we told them messed up on the email messed up on the activation of my debit card messed up on the paper work had to go back and sign paper because they forgot, very un professional for a bank! Closed my account and know two other people that closed they accounts out at Charles city branch! Will never recommend any body to go there!

Fidelity Bank and trust has been our bank for the past 8 years. When we started with them they were State Bank and we have stayed with them through the change. From the loan officers to the bank tellers they're all super nice and always ready to help you!

Fidelity Bank and trust has been our bank for the past 8 years. When we started with them they were State Bank and we have stayed with them through the change. From the loan officers to the bank tellers they're all super nice and always ready to help you!
