Friendly, helpful staff! Bank has added a ton of extra fees to many of their services!

I’m so tired of this bank and all it’s freaking issues, there’s always a freaking problem with them. My aunt had a heart surgery and we almost had to sleep in the car because the card didn’t work. Which is funny because before we had to leave we literally informed them that we were going to be in another state and didn’t want our card to get blocked due to us using it somewhere else. But they clearly didn’t care when we got there it declined us and we had to borrow money due to this bank not knowing how to do it’s Job. Today we are supposed to be going out of town for another medical issue and it’s giving us decline even though we checked the app and we have way more then enough money. I’m so sick and tired of always having issues with them. Tomorrow we will be canceling our accounts with them and moving to another bank. I’m over it
