Very great company!! Matt has a good sense of humor, is professional, patient and quick at responding. He got us approved for a loan in one day and explained everything in great detail. The guy who answered the phone when he was not available didn’t seem to know much about anything, but I’m assuming he is only a receptionist! Keep up the good work! I will recommend you to anybody who’s is looking for a loan in a quick manner.

Don't waste your time with this company! They'll quickly pre-approve you for a loan, put a hard inquiry on your credit only to deny you a few minutes later. Seems to be a sketchy business technique. Avoid!

Applied for a personal loan online and was denied a loan since I was trying to rebuild credit but then I get a call the next morning saying that they have not run my credit and that they tried again in person to approve me. Now I have 2 more hard inquires on my credit report a day apart. Thanks for driving my score down further because of the second attempt I never asked for! Will never try to go through them again!

It was such a quick process. I was Approved online & went in the next day with the required documents & was in and out within the hour! The payments weren’t ridiculous & everything was explained very well, I would definitely recommend.

Would definitely not recommend them. I applied online and received a call a few days later with full approval. I was told I would receive a loan contract the next day at the latest for me to sign. Waited a couple days, still no phone call or email. Tried calling them multiple times a day for 3 days but could never get ahold of anyone. Over a week later, they called me but never left a voicemail so I immediately called them back and same thing as before, couldn’t get ahold of anyone. This went on for another week with no success. Absolutely lousy customer service and an awful experience. So if you want a hard inquiry on your report for nothing, then One Main is dynamite…..

Usually I've had good service. This time not so good. I was told when I got this loan that my car would be paid off. Now I find out that it wasn't paid off. When I started receiving calls from my car loan company I called one main and I was told that the reason was because one main said they requested the 10 day payoff and that's why I had have been receiving the phone calls. Now I received a letter in the mail that my car payment is now 3 months behind. I called one main and this time one main tells me that I have an unsurcured loan. Now I don't know how I'm going to be able to get my payments caught up.

Very helpful got me the loan needed to follow life goals much appreciative of the staff during all aspects of process
