First Interstate Bank, Corydon, IA

First Interstate Bank in Corydon Iowa is probably the worst example of a good banking business with good customer service. Ever since they bought out Great Western the entire banking situation has been a disaster. I have had a business acct there for over 13 years and a friend has had one for a long time and Dixie Daughton at First Interstate Bank of Corydon is one of the worst examples of a manager in a bank that I have ever seen. She should be fired for mishandling a customer complaint by hanging up on a customer. I have never heard a manager of a bank by so rude to a valid customer complaint. I heard the conversation and was appalled at her lack of professionalism. Keep in mind, this is not the 1st time there has been issues with this bank.

839 credit scores, never late on any payment on 5+ loans and can't get a loan with Keith Helseth. Keith cancelled my Visa because of derogatory credit. Really? 839 credit score and derogatory credit. Right. Wiped out all my visa rewards for no reason. I used to like this bank. Not anymore.

Great Western Bank has always treated my family great. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.
