I used to go to another location but they closed, I never had a single issue. This location if they don't want to do business with you, they will tell you there is an error on the system and there is nothing you can do about it, not for other customers just me. I filed a complain with the company they told me they fixed the issue. I went back a month later but they said there is an error on the system again and there is nothing I can do. I provided every single document, they even asked me for my work ID! You will get way better service next door ! Ps: I was not rude, dress inappropriately...

Marcia was so genuine and explained everything so well. My first time ever postdating and she made it so easy. Friendly as can be aswell. I work for a HUGE insurance company that offers the best customer service so I expect the best anywhere I go and she just delivered that. she made it professional and personal, you can't beat that. HIGHLY recommend using this company and the best experience with Marcia, amazing store manager!

Customer Service here is beyond awesome. Marcia the store Manager is awesome and is very nice and polite to all customers. I've been going here for over a year and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They offer the best hands down! These girls deserve a 5 Star no doubt about it.

I've had a long, happy relationship with this location..... until recently. What changed? Our favorite worker Marcia quit working there! She excelled at customer service, was always happy to see everybody, and was super speedy. It was always a pleasure doing business with her. Then, she quit. Today I walked in there to find a rude blonde lady with no name tag and an even ruder guy still stuck in the 70's with brown hair down to his shoulders and no name tag either. So, because of Covid, there's only two people allowed in the store at a time. Knowing this, I poked my head in the door because the windows were tinted and I couldn't tell if there were two customers in there or not. The blonde lady with the 90's haircut bellowed at me in a police officer tone, "I'm going to have to have you stand outside". You could tell she didn't care if you were a customer or not from here on out. The stuck in the 70's guy was soooo slow processing his two customers. I waited 40 minutes, the majority of that time out in the sun. Marcie would've had me in there in 10 minutes, but she was actually good at her job. In the meanwhile, the blonde lady with the 90's hairdo kept bellowing out to people to stand outside to anyone who dared open the door, quite rudely, hoping I presume they wouldn't come back to the store. I finally got up there, and the 70's dude asks for a paystub. I told him that I provided one last time, and they don't generally ask every time I come in. He says, "Well, one is due. Nothing I can do about that", completely unconcerned in his tone with my situation. I say, "So I have to go drive and get a paystub, and wait in line again another 40 minutes?" Now, this is where he had a choice to provide, for the first time since I entered his store, some semblance of customer service. He has options. He can say, "Well, we will see about getting you up here a little faster next time", with a genuine smile on his face, or something like that. Instead, with a bit of a laugh on his face he says something along the lines of, "Well if you want a loan you do!" So disappointing. I then ask what happened to Marcia. He informs me that she no longer works there, and I say, "Well, if that's the case I won't be coming back here again". Still smiling and completely unconcerned with my status as a customer, he says, "Sounds good". I'm not a perfect person. This guy's rudeness got under my skin and I finally told him to F-off as I was walking away. He says in a happy sing song sarcastic voice, "You too!". You can imagine it was all downhill from there. I don't know what happened to this place. I wanted to leave a good review. As it stands, I won't be returning there at all.
