Was in town for Nordic fest. I tried the ATM and it said the transaction was denied on both mine and my fiancés cards. For some reason they still have those archaic machines that swallow your card. I was in in a hurry and left my card in the machine. I called to see if they could mail it to me since I live an hour and a half away but they require you to pick up the card in person. Update your machines like every other bank I’ve been to in the last 5 years.

Can't get through to customer service. Put on hold forever with some foreigner who barely speaks English.
