Been banking here for about 15 years. Throughout my time I've taken out loans and done direct deposit from work. They've been super helpful with every single thing I came to them with. I feel very welcomed and can get help rather quickly if not immediately. Their location is perfect and parking is never an issue. Only thing is I think there should be atleast a day where they're open late.

My main issue is the hours, or lack of. Only being open 4 hours a day is not convenient for most people. I mobile deposit through my phone which is great for smaller check amounts, but when I get a larger check, I am not able to deposit easily due to being open 11am to 3pm while I am working daily.

If you can help it, don't bank at Marine in any branch as they take money from you in intrest fees that are so high you can't pay your bill. They also take fees out for not having money to cover an attempted pull and it's not just the over draft fee. It is a fee because the auto puller had to attempt without being secessful. Try your best to bank else where.

Never bank through this credit Union. Highly frustrated with everything about their credit Union. They do not care for their members. Their values are a lie. I will be closing all accounts with them, along with some other people close to me in the near future. It is also very hard to do any banking especially when their working hours are so horrible.

It's an out of state Bank branch so I either need to mail check into them or drive to Decorah to deposit it cause work didn't do direct deposit and I can't do it at an ATM around where I live either. Thats inconvenient at times but we manage it anyway. I have found there is one gal that can be rude at times but other times is fine. Just wish was closer to us.
