Been going to this location for over a year. The staff is amazing! They take the time to really get to know you. As long as your good about paying your loans back they treat you like family. I would go to this location over anywhere else just because of Michelle and Caitlin. They are the best. I never feel judged and they are up front about their policies. I wish I could give them more stars. I imagine the people who wrote poor reviews are not timely in paying back their loans because I have NEVER had a sour experience here.

I have a revolving loan every month, and love how they take care of me. I just recently found out that they have another store on the east side of Des Moines (where I now live), so will be switching to it next month.
