I had a very positive experience here. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and professional. Diane wrote my loan, and she did a fantastic job finding me a solution that was within my budget. She responded to all of my questions and handled everything very quickly. I highly recommend.

Joe was very rude and sounded very frustrated at the fact I stated I had high approval odds based off credit karma. He kept cutting me off as I was talking and then included my student loans that are on hold for covid19 into my debt to income ratio also included my balances on my credit cards instead of what I pay monthly which is under $100. Very unprofessional and now I have a hard inquiry because I was hopeful. Never again

Diane was amazing . She was very knowledgeable and was a great help in helping me consolidate my debts. The interest is a little high but if paid off early that really does not matter so much. I am grateful they helped me and it was much easier than I expected. Love the fact that they are here in town in person. Very pleased. Thank you Diane

Needed to borrow more money and OneMain had sent me an offer of more money so I apply online which was picked up by Diane who I had worked with before and she wrapped up my deal quickly and professionally. Diane is very professional but also makes you feel comfortable and confident.

The loan officer I worked with explained everything in detail and answered my questions and worked to help do what work best for me. She really listened to my needs and I felt like she had my best interest in mind. We kept my payment in the range that was reasonable for me. It was a very good experience.

I went through their website and entered all my information, including my monthly income, rent, and the model of my car. I could not complete the online application so they called the next day. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with a representative I was told I do not make enough and my car is not worth enough. Both these things were already known from my online application. Utter incompetence in the whole process and a waste of both my time and their representative's time.

Elena, was very easy to work with. My husband had been with OneMain before he died and they always treated him good. So when I had to prepay for a surgery I said let me try OneMain. I was probably in and out within an hour. Some may say interest is high, but they have to make sure they get their money and you build credit paying. Thank you Elena and OneMain
