It's great,fast service. Great personal who are courteous and polite. Even if the wouldn't extend my loan limit lol. Good n clean.

Mara was instrumental in getting a new account setup very quickly and efficiently just minutes before the bank closed.

I foolishly made the mistake of leaving Dupaco thinking DuTrac was better but I came to the realization that even though to me Dupaco is not a true Credit Union ( I was spoiled by a truly members first CU in Alaska ) they are far more so then the fakes at DuTrac. At least Dupaco follows industry standard of allowing a member to resolve an error of a overdraft the same day ( end of business day ) its posted vs immediately charging you an over draft fee the second the charge is added to your account. Didn't think places did that but DuTrac does but Dupaco is more realistic of modern times.

Great staff of workers, alway friendly and helpful

This bank ruined my credit. After 17 years of having car loans with them with ZERO missed payments and ZERO late payments over 2 decades, they opted to deny my most most recently needed auto loan over a technicality, even after they stole thousands from me of dollars in GAP, just to tell me they will not honor the contract. Very inhumane and unfair to extremely loyal patrons. Avoid Dupaco. Do NOT give them your money or you'll regret it!

Edit: Went back in the next day, after getting ahold of the branch manager, I was finally able to get help. The only one with a serious look on her face was Cindy. The other tellers were laughing it up, loving it... What a shame. Was getting frustrated with the teller who simply wouldn't cash my check. Blonde lady in her 80's with glasses.. Got real personal, said "I'll shut this thing off right now", asked for my check back, she goes "bye", and makes me wait for the check... Had to threaten to call law.. Maybe getting dementia?

Lisa was great! Answered all of my questions quickly and was very pleasant to work with.
