Sold us a car that needs over $7,000 in repairs. After just two day in owning it was acting up. Took it for a 7 point inspection found out that the transmission & front axel are bad and not to drive it. Now we are stuck with car payment and vehicle we can’t drive. We definitely got coned. They won’t return calls or emails. Just stay away from this no matter how bad you car.

They do not disclose issues with a vehicle before you purchase which is a law in Iowa. Had ours for 2 days and the transmission went out of it. No help from them, now I have a vehicle that doesn’t run plus a payment to make on it. Buyer Beware and when test driving take the car to a mechanic for a free 4 point inspection before purchasing anything from them. Lesson learned the hard way. Edit: they will not return our calls and my husband went to the dmv to check on the plates and found out our vehicle was never registered.

I cannot think of a time I had such an easy experience with a car dealer. Vance was excellent, easy to work with, no hassles, and a blast to sit and talk to the entire time which compared to past experiences where it took hours wasn't very long at all. He called me and asked what I was looking for, suggested the perfect truck, we drove up to Dubuque and I left with a great vehicle in no time at all.
