MidWestOne Bank, Dubuque, IA

I used this bank for purchasing my first home. They closed down the lobby but 2 different bankers had let me in so they could answer my questions, In a reasonable form and time frame. When I go in with more questions and my first payment, the teller refused to let me come in to speak with my loan agent. And said I had to speak on the phone or use the drive thru. After being put on hold for a long period of time I hung up and tried to go to the drive thru. The same woman asked me what I wanted and I told her I needed some questions answered and I wanted to make my first payment. After I sent in my check I had to wait another long length of time. At the end I wasted 45 minutes with none of my questions being answered With the lobby not accessible this bank has extremely poor service. I would not recommend.
