Very rude, dishonest and unprofessional. You speak to Lauren and she lies and steals your payments, then calls and says your truck was abandoned. But when questioned she says that it's really a repo even thou your contract and payment show otherwise. Not at all as they appear.

My experience from the beginning has been good,great communication ,application process went very smoothly I have purchased two trucks from them since September of last year 2019 and I’m doing very well with them not no major problems of any sort I mean these are use trucks the warranty is there alcohol my thoughts on those warranty people.River valley has treated me very well I have no complaints thanks for the business and service.I have a sense sent five or six other people to them who would agree with me and that they’ve had a good experience

0 Stars I wanted to finance a trailer with this company and on the phone I was told 60 months and 10% interest rate and when I got the loan documents there were hiden fees and charges and nowere was wrriten interest rates and when I calculated the interest rate it was 17% and 72 months instead of 60 months how I was told on the phone ! And the lady was pushing me let's do it today ... fast fast These guys were trying to rip me off and scam me Thanks god that I took time to check and do the math and find out what's going on
