I started doing business with Tony’s almost 10 years ago. I have always been treated like family when I go there. When it comes to knowledge about firearms, Tony is an encyclopedia! I took my dad‘s entire rifle collection to Tony for appraisal, and I ended up selling all of them to him. He told me information about those guns I had no idea of! And the price he gave me for the entire collection was well above what I could’ve gotten at auction. He even puts up with me trading firearms in on others! Not a lot of places will do that for you. I look at Tony and all the people there as family. Truly truly dear friends!

Tony and Misty are both very helpful, even if they don’t sell you something (not like a lot of other places) They will try to send you somewhere to help you get what you’re looking for that’s good business. Their prices are more reasonable than most of the other pawn shops in Dubuque, and there are only two places I will go anymore, and this One of them!

Bought a sword here, it fell apart when I got home, didn't cut anything or hit it against anything, came back to get a refund and was told i couldn't. Terrible customer service and merchandise. Much better pawn shops to take your hard earned money to.

Great place truly. Shopped around at many stores and these guys are awesome. Both him and her are extremely knowledgeable on all their stuff. Was very impressed with how much they knew. Extremely friendly and very honest with pricing. With the knowledge they have and how nice they treat you they could charge more and id still return. I’m happy I found my place. All my future business will be with these guys. Great people great prices. 👍👍 only complaint is wish I would of found this place sooner
