Northwest Bank, Estherville, IA

I dont even know where to begin.. My mother and I moved to Estherville in 2015 transferred her banking to this bank I can't count how many times they had either taken money and/or charges they shouldn't have the final straw is a phone call without any notice they were freezing her account on Wednesday February 1 2023 we went to meet with I'm assuming was the manager who was condescending and she took it upon herself to be a judge and jury on a dispute with a local merchant to make a long story short I'm in the process of filing with the attorney General over this totally illegal and inappropriate action and will never have any dealings with this bank A bank should ALWAYS have their customers best interests and protect you from people taking advantage of you Northwest Bank failed miserably on every level furthermore I'm assuming there is a reason why there is no drive up person instead you must use a machine to do your business. STAY AWAY!!
