Very friendly staff, very clean and cozy building, but most importantly, its a great bank. Credit unions are not-for-profit, and therefore must put all profits back into lowering costs or improving quality of service for customers. Its a no-brainer to use a credit union, and I have since I learned about that.

A lot of old catty women work here who like to added extra $800 charges with no notice and then refuse to help you with it. Would not recommend

Community 1st is amazing the people are great and always so friendly. Betty Burr is awesome she helped me get my credit fixed and helped me get my first auto loan they treat you with respect and like you are family I would recommend them to anyone. If I could give them ten stars I would.

I can't quite understand some of the negative reviews because since I first started banking here in June of 2022, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. My initial reason for looking into Community 1st was for a mortgage refinance. They beat every other bank by nearly 1.5% with their rate and Jennifer, who handled the whole thing, was friendly, helpful and made the entire process very easy. Every member of staff I've interacted with since has been polite, courteous and kind. You couldn't ask more from your local bank.
