Just make sure you update your address after you move, otherwise they will periodically send you mail on your address to make sure you live there. If your mail got returned they will charge you 5 dollars a month and only send you 1 fishy like email. My account got charged over 12 month and they did not email you again to remind you. They will not refund the fee.

I’ve been banking with MidwestOne bank for the past 5 years, I’ve enjoyed the service. I secured a loan with them with which I was able to pursue further studies and it’s been a turning point for me since then. They have relatively few branches around given that I am out of state but their customer service has been very helpful each time I have needed them. A big thanks to the team there!

This bank acquired First National Bank of Fairfield so I’m comparing it to what it was. It’s a one star bank at best the extra star is because the kind folks that work here are still nice people. I would never open a bank account or do business with them if I had not already had this account for over 30 years.

I have been with Midwest One Bank for 10+ years. I love my bank in Fairfield, Iowa. I love all of our bank tellers and loan officers. The staff are kind and very helpful. I would not change banks even if I moved out of state. I trust MWO !
