Always changing things without the customers approval or say in the matter. Never open late when you need them to be. I always have money in my account and I'm having overdraft fee charged to my account and I'm having to go talk with them to get it fixed. Very hard to get small loans with them

I would give them no stars at all if given the option never been so insulted in my life there are a few nice ones the bank in ida grove is awesome but this bank shouldn’t even be aloud to be open

People are nice and very good at their jobs.
