I have been banking with Ida Grove's UBI Bank for 16 years. I always get excellent customer service from any of the tellers. They are always polite, courteous...Service with a smile !!! Wouldn't Bank anywhere else !!!

their version of customer service is constantly interrupting their customers, and then when told to stop interrupting in order to get a full question / sentence out, clearly the next best course of action is to laugh at said customer. Can't say I'm very pleased at all with the service I received.
