The employees at this store are super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience. Shawna is always ready to take care of any issues that may arise and works hard to make sure that you walk out feeling satisfied and relieved with what you're dealing with. I won't use anyone else for any kind of check cashing services because they do such an excellent job.

Very good people and awesome service!! I come here once a month and am always satisfied. At low times when I was low on money they really helped with all their different loaning options. The store manager and the other employee are both delightful and very helpful.

Bouchonda at the Coralville Iowa branch is always amazing! She's there, what seems to be 24hrs. Every time I call or stop in, she's there and always knows how to take care of every issue and help everyone with a smile. She really needs some recognition because I believe her knowledge and willingness to work at all hours, gets taken advantage of by the manager in charge of this branch because they can't count on anyone else.
