Opened up an account 4 weeks ago and put in a request for checks. They said 1-2 weeks and nothing yet. Called them and they said they will start on them after the call. They never started on them by themselves. I don't now if they dropped the ball or just didn't want to do them. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PILOT GROVE BANKS!
