Pilot Grove Savings Bank - Keokuk Main, Keokuk, IA

Opened up an account 4 weeks ago and put in a request for checks. They said 1-2 weeks and nothing yet. Called them and they said they will start on them after the call. They never started on them by themselves. I don't now if they dropped the ball or just didn't want to do them. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PILOT GROVE BANKS!

The ladys that work here are amazing. They went above and beyond for me in my time of need. I am glad to call them my bank. So kind and caring. Wow. Thank you sooooo much.
