My experience with Libertyville Savings Bank was seamless and a pleasant experience. Matt Clarahan worked with me on a loan and answered all my questions (I had many as I had never done anything like that before) and took his time to explain everything to me throughout the process.. He even offered to stay late to work within my schedule. All of the people at the Libertyville Savings Bank are friendly, knowledgeable people who make any banking situation a pleasant experience. Thanks Matt and all those who work at Libertyville!!!! You are the best!!!!

This is the best bank around! Their customer service is 2nd to none. They make going to the bank so easy; they know you by name and treat you like family. Even my kids like to go to the bank with me! I usually work with Lindsay and Robyn and they are fabulous and friendly. It's wonderful to have a bank that offers so much in a small town--plus they're community oriented and regularly give back!

I am involved in many organizations in this community and am the Treasurer of 2. We also have our business and personal accounts at the Libertyville Savings Bank in Keota. Lindsay and Robin are always so kind, friendly, and helpful and know just how I like my transactions done. Colby Deao is not at the Keota location as often anymore but whenever I need to correspond with her she is friendly and gets me an answer to my question quickly. We recently needed an appraisal and Emily Kann, Certified General Real Property Appraiser for Libertyville Savings Bank did an excellent job. I just wanted to express what a kind and considerate person she is, what great work she did, her attention to detail and explanations, and her timeliness were greatly appreciated. We thought it was important to let you know what valued employees you have and how much we enjoy working with them.

Anytime I go into our Libertyville Bank it feels like walking in to have friends help me with my problem. I deal mainly with Robyn or Lindsey and I will be forever grateful for there friendly smiles. I am now 75 year young and this is my favorite bank crew.❣️❣️

Wonderful staff, make you feel like a person not just a number in a lot of other numbers. Thank you for taking it back to the old days when you walk in to a bank and the tellers know your name.
