I have been banking here for years and they do a great job. Their deposit accounts pay decent interest and their loans are low cost, low hassle, with typically latest rates in the area.

Was great when it was NWICU... Now it's Cent and it's terrible. Cards don't work 80% of the time, all new staff makes me question where previous staff of 20+ years went, bad attitudes. I banked at NWICU for over 20 years and never had a single problem. Glad I switched to American Bank.

This bank is the worst. I can never get anyone to call me back. I have a loan through them and they are supposed to email me monthly with the total. They never do. I’ve been told they don’t have my email. I’ve given it to them three times.
