Luana Savings Bank has always provided a positive banking experience. The people there are knowledge and professional. The interactions are always friendly and personal, which I know is not always the case at the large chain banks. I recognize many of the faces from the community and even the ones I do not recognize remember my name and are friendly to me every time I come in or call. I will continue to bank with Luana Savings Bank as they have always been eager to answer my questions and assist me.

If you have a problem they are on top of it, communicating with you so you understand and know what's going on every step of the way. If you don't understand something, or just want more knowledge they are willing to take the time, with a smile, and explain it to you. I'm reassured everytime I go into the bank, call them on the phone, or send a message through my online account that my assets or in good hands. Luana Bank has maintain superior communications with me and the banker was very helpful and understanding when I initially set up my mortgage and escrow. I always get communications well in advance of any changes to my account. Great refinance rates too!

Great customer service! I went in to purchase a CD, was in and out within 15 minutes and was invited to have a fresh brewed cup of coffee while I waited! Clerk was courteous and informative!
