Malvern Bank is friendly and personable. They know everyone by name including my kids. My oldest daughter got a job when she was 14 and needed a bank for her direct deposits. We went to Malvern Bank and Denise helped her fill out all of the paper work. She was so excited to have her own account. I've been banking at Malvern for a long time. So long, that when I needed a reliable car for my son to ride in, Allen, helped me get my very first loan for my first brand new car! One of the best days of my life. Every time I call Malvern Bank, I get a voice on the other line who answers my question or if they do not know the answer, they find someone who does. Additionally, I appreciate the short lines and good flow in both the lobby and in the drive-thru. Malvern Bank has supported both my small business Tina B.
