Dupaco Community Credit Union, Manchester, IA

We have been a member of dupaco for YEARS. Myself since I was 17, when I met my wife 6 years ago she transferred her accounts to Dupaco. We recently relocated to Manchester. Everytime, minus one occasion when we applied for a loan, the clerks have been less than kind. We are always polite. The microphone always breaks up, and we have to explain that we can’t hear them...which always results in the clerks getting attitude. Manchester Dupaco needs to work on their customer service skills! I love Dupaco. But, we are not thrilled with the attitudes we receive everytime we go through.
