I absolutely refuse to go to check n go anymore now that I know what real customer service is suppose to be like. I needed a payday loan for car repairs. This was my first visit to Hometown Cash Advance so I checked the website to make sure I had everything I needed to get my first payday loan there. One of the items listed was "Checking account statement". STATEMENT. This is what the bank produces and makes available to you at the end of every month. So on October 19 I printed out the most recent STATEMENT available which was for all of September. But when I got there the lady told me it wasn't recent enough! She said it had to be a printout of transactions for the last 30 days. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE WEBSITE SAID I NEEDED. Because of this I wasn't able to get a payday loan that day because I didn't have enough time to WALK back home to make another printout and then WALK back to Hometown Cash Advance to get a payday loan and then WALK to my bank to put it in my account before it closed. This company needs to update their website as to EXACTLY what it is they require for their services. The least this local branch could have done was honor me providing EXACTLY what the website directed. I do NOT recommend Hometown Cash Advance. If you choose to do business with them I recommend personal calling the local branch and finding out EXACTLY what you REALLY need for documentation because their website does NOT.
