Not open on Saturdays. I'm a truck driver and some times not home during the week days.

We arrived at 1:20 pm and there was a wait because they only had one person working the other person was still in lunch. That's not the worse part the worse part is i am waiting my turn just to be recieved by a banker smacking a gum the whole time

This bank has a great "Think Customer" mindset at all levels. They have served my family for years and will in the future.

Always long lines and the tellers are a little rude and make jokes and laugh with each other and it just looks rude to the people who are waiting in line to be helped.

I opened my account with Great Western, which was then acquired by First Interstate Bank. Great Western had been open on Saturdays until noon: FIB promptly did away with Saturday hours (a cost saving move?). The bank lacks key services many of its competitors offer, such as Zelle, electronic check deposits, etc. The 50 cent bag of "customer appreciation" candy FIB recently gave out is to me nothing short of comical. As if that's going to prevent unsatisfied customers like me from jumping ship!
