Remarkable customer service as the reviews I read were accurate. Angela took the time to answer my questions and ease of use with bill pay along with the other benefits their checking account offers.

I always have good friendly service when ever I stop at the credit union. They have good people who work there. They are quick to help with any questions that I may have.

Problem-I don't check my account that often on line. When I try to it won't open, because I haven't used the on line service option in allotted time. So I have to call and get authorization code. Kind of a pain-luckily I live two blocks from CU and I can walk over to do business in time that it takes me to mess around with the on line. I guess the exercise is good for me.

I absolutely LOVED the service I have received. Every step of the way they have been helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this bank!

Stopped in to get some information about a CD and Hanna in Ames helped me gave some info and later I came back she helped me get the CD I wanted and was in and out in no tome Excellent service
