I love this bank! I spoke with Ashley about setting up a bank account, and she directed me to the correct person. She has been great and also everyone else I have dealt with. Everyone is so friendly and always have smiles on their faces. This has been the best bank I have ever banked with.

Seems like there are just as many satisfied members as unsatisfied on Google. That’s a good sign because USUALLY only people who had a bad experience take time to review a business. Yet here I am… if you’re looking for the perfect “set it and forget it” financial institution, look no further. They make nothing complicated. I’ve literally never had anyone who was rude with me. As long as you don’t have unrealistic expectations of what you should receive from them, this is your dream credit Union. It’s all about simplicity and functionality. Loans are uncomplicated and swift, you do have to have a tiny bit of patience but in return you’re going to be dealing with a personal lender who is willing to do a little more to help you than say, a big bank with their immediate ‘yes’ or ‘no’ / black and white process of qualification. They’re also usually the first to have some of the best rates in town as far as certificates and APR’s. The choice is yours but honestly, if you want it simple then you’re already looking at the best choice.

Cent credit union is the nicest bank I’ve ever been too. Every other friday I go there to deposit my check and whoever helps me is always the nicest and kindest to me. And and their whole staff are just the best !! Believe it or not it’s one of the places I like going where I know I’ll be treated nice. Jana is my favorite ❤️ I think she should get a raise because she is consistently great every time. Employees with great consistency should always be rewarded

Best bank in mason city, the staff is super friendly and attentive. Specifically Sierra she has been the most helpful, and always is prepared to take care of anything I need. I will forever recommend this bank to anyone who asks. Great work!! ☺️

I have banked with Cent since I was a child. Even when I lived in other states, I always kept my accounts at Cent. They are fair and take care of their members. Best bank in North Iowa. Their loan rates are great and they are easy to work with.

I have been back to work with Casey several times now, mortgage/home improvement loans. She is so professional and responsive to my questions and needs. I am thankful that I gave Cent a try. I would not go anywhere else now.
