We have banked here for decades and have never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rates are competitive. They have always made our banking experience easy.

For all who maybe interested in using DuTrac Community Credit Union. I highly suggest that you don't go to that bank for a loan. Weather they don't have money to lend out or there ethics from there loan approval comity are screwed up. I have 21,000 sitting in the bank with no credit cards and no car loans no debt what so ever except for a house payment of 587 a month. I make 70,000 year and the wife makes about 25,000 a year. That's 95,000 a year going into my account with no bills except everyday expenses. Somehow they came up with a credit rating of 583 for me. When I know my credit is over 600. All I was trying to do was be a co-signer for a 15,000 dollar car loan for my son. My son has good credit plus the bank would keep the title to the car until pad in full. I have a 2.5% house loan that makes me believe my credit is ok. I had talked to a Cindy Olson at the Monticello bank she seemed nice but uncertain if she filled the paperwork out correctly to sumit it forward. Either way that bank I will never do business with again. I actually give this Credit Union a zero for a raiting.
