After over a decade of holding an account with this firm, I have dealt with the worst customer service of any banking firm I have had accounts with. While trying to add my wife to my account to receive her parents death benefits due to their untimely passing, a Linda (employee with the firm) made it extremely difficult to do so. Long story short, after over a decade of great service with the downtown Burlington branch, this encounter has forced me to close all my accounts with this firm. And, advise any looking to open an account or have dealings with a banking firm to stay clear of this extreme lack of customer service and compassion for a grieving family.
