Lobby is open by appointment only. This on its own would be completely fine. However, their website only mentions that the Ingersoll Branch location is open by appointment only on the top of the screen, this implies that the Ingersoll Branch location being appointment only is the exception, and that all other locations would be open freely. Even so, I called the phone number anyway, to see if you were open, and there was no automated message saying that you were appointment only. So, 100% all information points towards you being open normally. However you are not, you are open by appointment only. This is frustrating, as I cannot use the drive through, and had walked all the way to the bank after seeing the message that basically said that I could come in, only to see a sign that said that I could not come in. Some neighbors you are! Boo!

In order to succeed in business, there needs to be trust between the client and those who are there to serve the client. That is the one "relief" I have whenever I interact with the employees of Two Rivers Bank & Trust in Mt. Pleasant. Thank you for putting my mind and heart at ease when I ask silly questions!

Two Rivers offers truly wonderful service, to the point of having left me speechless at times. They specialize, it seems, in making everyone feel like royalty.

I just changed over from one of the "big banks", I found the services, the atmosphere, the staff, and the financial returns, are much superior.
