Online banking has made it easy for me to do all my banking, thank you!

The service was great they were very friendly and kind. Busy when I arrived but maybe to be expected. The only thing I was concerned about was if the union was backed by a Corp like Han or Boeing. Couldn't figure it out. The other thing was their credit card choices were pretty meh. Otherwise their colors are nice!

I have banked at Ascentra in Muscatine for over 20 years. They are always extremely helpful and go out of there way to get questions answered with a smile...They makes you feel important and welcomed... whether it's my personal accounts or helping me set up my business, always a class act.

Excellent with their customers. And cares about their families.

There was a long line and two tellers working two windows plus the drive through. I don’t appreciate the inconvenience of not being able to deposit through the ATM. My other credit Union is offers short term share certificates (min. 30 days to 6 months) with a minimum of $500 for higher interest rates that what is currently offered at Ascentra. Ascentra needs to modernize!

Just started a new account with ascentra and the people I talked to were all very polite and helpful.

Signed up was all I had to do was keep 5 dollars in there but changed their policy that I didn't agree to took my 5 bucks and took another 5 bucks from me. How do you just change things when I Signed up for something else without my permission.
