The Family Credit Union, Muscatine, IA

My family recently moved to Muscatine and we needed to find a lender for a mortgage. Family Credit Union was GREAT to work with. As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions. They never got frustrated no matter how dumb the question was and everything on their end could not have gone smoother. We are so happy that we used them for our mortgage!

I can't say enough amazing things about the staff here. If you're looking for a bank that will treat you like family then you have to try out this bank. Always knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they possibly can. I have had many experience's with loans and credit cards with Cindy, and she is absolutely amazing. Yashira is also an amazing person to work with in the loan department. I am extremely happy I have moved my banking, from another credit union in Muscatine, to Family Credit Union in Muscatine.

Family credit union is a great place to go.Everyone is very helpful and always have a smile on there faces.

They are charge you 25 dollars to have the account and 15 when you close it. So I guess you lose money when you bank with them.

They have always been very nice and accommodating.

They were a great bank when I started out with them I’m currently banking with them but closing out my account. My banking information keeps getting stolen. I just recently got a new card a couple weeks ago and I went to use my card to go food shopping come to find out when I went to pay my card was declined. When I went to look at my account I was negative do to 2 out of state transactions I didn’t make.

Megan was great at helping me set up a new account over the phone. She made the process incredibly easy to do.
