Great service and staff. Wonderful for personal banking but lots of hoops to jump through and high fees for business banking.

Great Western Bank was recommended to us when we moved to Iowa and we are very pleased with them. Dottie, the lady who helped us open our accounts, was very nice and very helpful. The tellers are all very pleasant and helpful as well. The online banking feature is nice and access is much more secure than our previous bank (I was always a little nervous about using their online banking because of that). Another nice feature is a huge fee free ATM network. We highly recommend Great Western Bank.

Amazing bank with great customer service everyone had all the anwsers to every question I had and was eager to help and Jamie especially helped setting up an account's and making me and my partner feel welcomed to Newton, she went above and beyond and even wrote us individual super sweet letters.
