We love Luana Bank. Angie has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She not only took the time and listened to what we needed. But got us through the process quickly and efficiently and didn't make us have that feeling of OMG you've just been to the bank! We even went back a few weeks later for a new vehicle. We will never bank anywhere else and you shouldn't either!

Everyone is so friendly, I’ve gone from opening an account to refinancing my mortgage with them. Small town feel and so welcoming each time I step in the branch or through the drive thru. Chuck is amazing, as well as all other staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with over the past couple years i’ve banked here!

My brother let me know that he had been researching interest rates on CD’s and found Luana to have the highest interest rates around. I live in Norwalk with a newer Luana bank close by, so he recommended I look into this more. I took my mother in, because she is very savvy with getting the most returns out of her savings, and she was interested as well. All questions were answered clearly, and we were treated with the upmost respect and patience. We left as happy customers, and I plan to open more accounts in addition to the CD.
