Awsome experience

Regarding employment with this institution- I do not recommend applying for any position due to the lack of professionalism in the HR department. After submitting an application, completing the interview process successfully, providing refrences, being offered the position, driving 35 minutes to the required drug test and passing successfully, the HR team called to inform me, after telling me I was hired and I had submitted my 2 week notice at my current job; they were unable to hire me due to my background, without regard to how petty, unrelated, and the length in time of the charge. They failed to provide me a reason why, contact information for the HR manager, or notice of decision. No matter how great of a canadate you are, I do not recommend applying here due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and trust in the HR department. Take the qualities you have to offer to a different institution.
