As a small business owner - the smallest things are a big deal. I've never had a bank that actually cares about me as CUSB does. They take the time out to listen and work with you as best as they are able to. They're always there to answer all my questions & concerns and most importantly, to give me a sense of ease and relief in all my financial needs. Words can't express how thankful I am to have them as my bank, and for making a difference in my life & in my business.

CUSB Bank has great customer service and I would highly recommend this institution to anyone that is in need of banking services. They have a great mobile banking application that allows me to manage my accounts with ease from any location. Based on my experiences, I would not hesitate to give them a perfect 5 star rating!

I've been banking with Cusb for about 3 years now, I definitely would recommend to anyone in search of a bank. The folks who work here are just absolutely amazing, the service is always prompt and friendly! With the recent addition of mobile banking, I can't think of anything more that I could need and or want from a bank.

I have been banking with CUSB since we moved to Osage in 2012. The customer service is second to none! Katie, Jessica and Mary (along with many others over the years)have always been super helpful whenever I have had questions about my accounts. Bill has always gone above and beyond for me when it comes to getting the financing needed for purchasing our current home as well as our new purchase. I would not hesitate to highly recommend CUSB Bank to anyone looking for either a new bank home and or any type of loan.

I'm not a big writer of reviews. I have to REALLY like/love something to make me do it. With that being said, I have to brag on the Osage CUSB branch. Their loan department (John Thomson) took a chance on me & made a life changing experience by helping me obtain a car loan. I know it may sound small but it was a BIG deal to me. I love my Osage branch and all the staff that works there. Even before I was a customer they'd help me with anything I needed. To them we’re not a number. We’re people they care about. They’ll have me as a loyal customer for many years to come.

Well lets start off when I stated banking here like 5 years ago or so, Worked with a JT and it was the best experience we have had with a bank, friendly and compassionate and was a great experience I've ever had, it was so pleasant even being 30 miles away, we opened up a checking accounts and saving for all of us.. Always gave a great reviews to anyone we talked to. How great it was working with JT So than he moved in a business loan officer, and a new loan officer took over our loans. OMG it has been horrible experience.. its so bad that I am going to find another bank to take over all of our loans over and transfer our banking else where.... Sorry but your loan officer at the bank is not our person for banking at all. So my opinion I would explore other options before coming here.. Very disappointing after all these years....
