They don't deserve a single star. They put my money in other peoples accounts more than once and tried to make it out to be my fault. Poor customer service. Try to overdraft people and pick and choose who they treat right.

While the employees are (usually) very nice, I sometimes have to call several times before someone will answer the telephone, and that can be rather inconvenient. I have banked here for several years and I usually don't have any problems at all.

Your locations never seem to be in convenient places. Thus, maybe that means your company should consider adding some new ones I e. Southside of Des Moines, West Des Moines (around 63rd and Grand Ave area). Pleasant7

A very good bank. Location is in a good spot. Always friendly, even she busy or short staffed.

A $30 overdraft resulted me with $315 dollar charge.... So Stupid. Choose a different bank.
