The poorest customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Drove off the lot and within 3 hours had a oil leak. Turns out to be a rear main seal oil leak. The owner was very rude to me and said that if I’m walking breathing and able, that I should be “fucking grateful”, after crying to her about this $400+ issues I have that I can’t afford being a single mother of 2. Owner offers to pay after I pay 400$ of it, thru her own friend shop, after he quoted me 450 before he knew it was her shops car.

For trinkets, and perhaps a nice conversation, it is a nice business to visit. However, NEVER buy a vehicle there! The one I purchased completely broke down about one month after I paid it off. I called to arrange for a PAID tow and repair. Like my Pontiac G6 for months now, that deal got me nowhere. I hate giving bad reviews to businesses, and the owners that I like, but the truth is the truth, and that saddens me.

I have been doing business with Jakki for 4 years now you couldn’t get to go anywhere else always friendly a nice selection inside and out depending on what your looking for and fantastic prices all around so go on Down and check it out you won’t regret it
